Lei hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Assessment and Measurement, and a second Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Georgia.
She is trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Counseling on Access to Lethal Means, and Psychological First Aid, Play Therapy, and Filial Therapy. Lei is currently pursuing a certification in Creative Expressive Art Therapy and Play Therapy. Lei believes that there is good in every person and with the proper guidance you can change your habits, negative talk, and actions with the use of various techniques.
She works with all populations but feels that her strengths lies in working individuals that are experiencing a challenging life transition, existential crisis, trauma, or grief. Lei’s goal is to guide you through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, in order to find your voice and embrace your uniqueness.
