Golf cart is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, laws and regulations and is void where prohibited

Winner must be 21 years of age to claim golf cart

Winner need not be present at the drawing to win and will be contacted by phone or email within 48 hours following the drawing.  If the winner fails to respond within 7 days of the drawing, a new winner will be drawn and awarded the golf cart.

Golf cart can be picked up at Golf Rider in Peachtree City or may be transported at the winner's expense.

The purchase of this ticket is not tax deductible

In the event that not enough tickets sell to award winner with the golf cart, a cash prize may be substituted at 50/50 of all ticket sales

if all tickets are sold, the odds of winning are 1/1250
